Information Systems and Services


Welcome to Information Systems & Services (ISS). We are located in the very heart of campus on the bottom floor of the Learning Technology Center (LTC). For technology assistance, please contact the Help Desk at 254-299-8077, helpdesk@mclennan.edu, or on the 2nd floor of LTC.

ISS provides more than 70 service offerings to the McLennan Community College community. ISS is comprised of four teams:

  • Administrative Systems
    Responsible for the College’s information management system (Colleague), instructional databases, Website databases, and the various decision support databases.
  • Customer Support Services
    Responsible for user support related to software, Brightspace, PCs, printers, and other technology.
  • Cybersecurity and Online Technologies
    Responsible for the protection of MCC's digital assets, web applications, and Brightspace.
  • Infrastructure Systems
    Responsible for data and communication integrity through the implementation and maintenance of servers, networks, and routers.
