3/18-3/21/25: Service Degradation: Softdocs Etrieve 
ISS staff are investigating an issue where accessing Softdocs Etrieve intermittently results in a “Bad Request” error. This does not happen all the time. We have a trouble ticket with the vendor, and it is confirmed to be an issue with Softdocs Etrieve.
Workarounds:
- Try using Mozilla Firefox
- Clear your cookies and cache. Then, try again.
