The card can be used for checking out library books, printing/copying in the library, and campus labs. Your ID card should be carried with you at all times while on campus for identification as an MCC student.

HOW TO GET A MCC STUDENT ID CARD
Register For ClassesYou must be registered for classes to obtain an MCC Student ID Card
Visit The Business Office
Come by the Business Office, located on the first floor of the Administration Building, to have your picture taken for your MCC Student ID Card.
If you are unable to come in person, you can order your MCC Student ID Card Online.
Your refunds are delivered with BankMobile Disbursements, powered by BMTX, Inc. Please select your refund preference by following the instructions below.
BANKMOBILE DISBURSEMENTS REFUND SELECTION
Select Your Refund Preference: Approximately 24-48 hours after receiving your MCC Student ID Card from the business office you will receive an email from BankMobile Disbursements, BM Technologies, to the email address on file.
*If you don't see the email in your MCC student account, check any personal email(s) you may have used.
Two Electronic Options Are Available: You can choose to transfer your funds to an existing account, or deposit to a BankMobile Checking Account.

*If a refund preference is not selected, it may take up to 21 days for you to receive your money.

- How can I use my MCC Student ID Card?
- Where do I get my ID?
Visit the Business Office located in the Administration Building to have your picture taken for your ID. If you do not come to campus, you can order a MCC Student ID Card by submitting a picture here. This PDF describes the requirements for submitting a student ID photo. If you come in person, please bring your driver's license or state ID. You can pick up your parking pass at the same time — just be sure to have your license plate number handy.
- When will I get my MCC Student ID card?
You must be registered for classes to obtain a MCC Student ID. Once registered, you can visit the Business Office located in the Administration Building to have your picture taken for your ID card. You will need to have a federal or state picture ID for verification of identification.
- I got my card. Now what?
Approximately 48 hours after taking your photo and receiving your MCC Student ID Card you will receive an email from Bank Mobile, BM Technologies, to the email address you have on file. It is important to follow the steps in the email to set up your refund preference to obtain any financial aid or refunds from the college. Visit www.highlanderone.com or www.refundselection.com/refundselection for a tutorial that will acquaint you with the different capabilities of the card.
- What happens if I never get a MCC Student ID Card or select a refund preference?
You will be sent an e-mail notification indicating that MCC has processed a financial aid disbursement, or a refund for you. It will advise you to log on to www.highlanderone.com to activate your card and select your refund preference. Failure to select a refund preference will result in your financial aid or refund being held before it is mailed to the address that BankMobile Disbursements has on file for the student.
- How will I receive my financial aid and refund money?
Refunds for tuition and fees are sent according to the preference you selected following the instructions from the Bank Mobile email. When activating your MCC Student ID Card online, please visit www.refundselection.com/refundselection to learn more about your disbursement preferences.
- What happens if I incur charges at MCC after my financial aid or refund disbursement is processed?
You are responsible for payment of these charges.
- How do I update my address?
If you need to update your address, log into www.highlanderone.com and change your address by updating your profile. To change your address on MCC college records, please change it in MyMCC by logging on to MyMCC or stop by the Admissions Office in the Student Services Building.
- What if I have questions about my card?
Please visit www.highlanderone.com or e-mail studentaccountreceivables@mclennan.edu. If you prefer, you may stop in the Business Office located in the Administration Building, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, or call 254-299-8627. Note, MCC has limited access since it is your own personal bank account. You can also contact BankMobile Disbursements by phone at the number listed on the back of your card.
