MCC hosting mandatory application orientation for Tele-Communicator Academy

McLennan Community College will host a mandatory application orientation Jan. 24 at 10 a.m. for individuals interested in joining the Tele-Communicator Academy class beginning in April. The session will be in room 235 of the Emergency Services Education Center located at 7601 Steinbeck Bend Road.

Attendees will receive an explanation of how to apply to the academy, the written documentation required for enrollment, the medical and psychological requirements for admission, and the process for attending and completing the academy.

The application deadline is Feb. 25. Cost of attendance is $300.
