MCC, Shepherd’s Heart team up for monthly mobile food distribution

McLennan Community College and Shepherd’s Heart are partnering to bring monthly mobile food distribution to the MCC and the surrounding community. Shepherd’s Heart will distribute food through its mobile pantry, Shepherd on the Move, from 3-4 p.m. on the second Thursday each month, beginning Jan. 13, in Parking Lot R, located on the MCC campus just off Powell and McLennan Drives. The mobile pantry will offer canned goods, boxed and staple items, meats, drinks, fresh fruits and vegetables.
