Engineering Department Employees

Our engineering faculty brings together strong academic backgrounds, real industry experience, and a genuine commitment to student success. We present at national conferences and study how students learn engineering best. We each bring different experiences to the classroom—and we're just as interested in hearing your ideas as we are in sharing our own.

Dr. Andreas started MCC's engineering program in 2009 and helped build it into the student-centered community it is today. As program coordinator and lead advisor, she'll be your main guide as you take your first steps into engineering.

Professor Sidwell offers bilingual support and a strong background in both teaching and engineering practice. She leads MCC's Engineering Advisory Council, building partnerships with local businesses to keep our program connected to the real world.

Professor Wright combines deep knowledge of physics with hands-on skills in electronics and soldering. She leads our circuits and instrumentation courses with energy and clarity.

When you join MCC Engineering, you're not just earning a degree—you're gaining a team that's fully invested in your success.
