How do you know a student has accommodations?

Notification emails go out to the Student, Faculty, and Testing Center from “datatel” to inform you that accommodations are active for the semester. The student is included on each of these emails. Student accommodation lists are then viewable in your Roster Special Information report and the Faculty View (not the Student Accommodations tab) in the Accommodations Hub.

Accommodations (Disability Services) staff may contact you directly for specific program or course accommodations.

Please review the Faculty Responsibilities and Instructions for Accessing Student Accommodations resource.

Accessing Accommodations for Students:

There are two options for viewing your students' accommodations:

  1. Go to the Accommodations Hub:
  2. Go to Informer Reporting to access your Roster Special Information Report. Search "Faculty Roster-Special Information".
