Become A Part Of RISE

Are you a student interested in the RISE program?

To participate:

  • You must be a current part-time or full-time MCC student
  • You must be at least 25 years of age

As part of the program, you would:

  • Meet with a mentor one-one one each month
  • Meet with your small Pod Circle each month
  • Gain access to dedicated success coach services
  • Get exclusive access to guest speakers
  • Access workshops essential to your success

Are you MCC faculty/staff interested in mentoring?

To participate:

As part of the program, you would: 

  • Meet 1 on 1 with 2-6 mentees each month
  • Help your mentees identify productive goals
  • Meet with your mentee "Pod" Circle each month
  • Help make mentees aware of campus resources
