Immunization Requirements

Before starting clinical rotations, proof of vaccination or a titer showing immunity for the following must be submitted:

• Varicella (chicken pox)
• Measles, Mumps, and Rubella
• Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis
• Hepatitis B

An annual TB test is required and CPR certification (for Healthcare Professionals) must be maintained by the student during the duration of their training. Students are responsible for he cost of vaccinations along with the TB test and CPR certification.
