Admission Criteria
The Medical Assistant program is an open-enrollment program with students admitted at the beginning of each spring semester. Prior to enrollment in Medical Assistant classes, students must be TSI complete in reading, writing, and math and prerequisite courses (see below) must be completed with a minimum GPA of 2.0. Any failed classes must be repeated with a passing grade prior to starting the program. For allowable course substitutions, please contact the program director.
