About the career: The truck driver is an integral part of the transportation industry. Today's haul trucks are equipped with the latest technological advances, including onboard computers, customized cabins and laser optics to monitor the health of the driver. Because of the demand for transportation services, more than 100,000 new drivers are needed this year.

What can I expect to earn? You will earn $60,000+ in your first year.

Students will be training on equipment you see on the road every day. Even if you have never driven a stick shift before, the professional staff of ATDS instructors has the skills and proven methods to help you learn. ATDS even has automatic trucks for those who would prefer that option.
