Start Time: 10:03 a.m. 

Welcome & Opening Discussions: 

  • Benson opened the meeting and informed the committee that members from Cicero will be joining the meeting to give an overview of their survey. 
  • No updates will be given by each sub-committee.
  • The new Strategic Enrollment Plan has been posted on the website. 
Presentation
  • Special Report - Process Improvement Consultant Report – Cicero 
  • Kim Patterson introduced our guests: Aaron Andersen and Ben Aplanalp are from Salt Lake City, UT and Emily Brown is from Dallas, TX. 
  • Cicero gave a great presentation with their survey report, which can be viewed on the Website.
  • Committee had no questions after presentation. 
  • McKown expressed her appreciation to all for the hard work they have done. Kim & Dr. Benson will talk about how they will get this report out and share with others. She also expressed how important it is to have one voice for the college.
