- Discuss different ways MCC advertises.
- Discuss incentive items for enrollment ideas and their financial impact.
- Discuss financial impact of expanding institutional scholarships.

Action Items and Timelines:
- Meeting starts at 1:30PM
- Lisa explains the different ways that the marketing department spends it’s advertising money.
- Funding has been the same for several years.
- Will research other colleges to see how much funding they give to marketing and advertising.
- Discussed the different ideas that people had for incentive items.
- Decided that giving computers as prizes in a drawing would be the best incentive item based on the costs.
- We will leave it to other committees to decide how to implement the incentives based on a point system.
- Talked about the idea of expanding the McLennan Scholarship to include more than just the top 10%
- Decided to look into providing a percentage scholarship to students in the top 11-20%
