Admissions & Marketing Subcommittee Minutes

- Updates since last meeting
- AEL (Michelle): AEL have twelve graduates and have already met their goal for the year in November.
- Employee Education Assistance Partnerships (Lisa):
- Points of Contact one-sheeter for the business partners. Frank suggested we do one geared towards the students as well
- Promotional one-sheeter for each business to help promote to their employees
- Dustie spoke of the committee that actually approaches the business and markets the idea of a partnership with MCC for employee participants
- Karen and Elizabeth spoke of “College Night” at Amazon
- New Business
- Lisa spoke briefly of the new branding project. That it is been shared with the leadership team and will be shared soon with the BOT. January it will be launched to the campus.
- Lisa spoke of the Employee Ambassadors class in onboarding. She asked for everyone to think about the next few months and scheduling times to assist teaching the class. Dustie is forwarding her the list of onboarding dates Mikken had sent her. Lisa also brought up adding Employee Ambassadors class to the PD schedule.

- Registration Rally
- Rising Stars Event
- Chat Bot
- Where do we go from here?
- Michelle suggested “packaging” AEL with MCC enrollment maybe with incentives
- Lisa suggested we all think over the holiday of goals and strategies to obtain those goals. We will reconvene in January.
