- Have access to a reliable computer and accessories like a Webcam and microphone.*
- Identify and use compatible web browsers, along with Internet search engines.
- Be knowledgeable of software like Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Be familiar with the “Attach File” function in Microsoft Outlook (.pdf, .rtf, .doc, etc.).

- Manage time well and be motivated to work on your own.
- Be proactive and contact professors (if needed) even though you have never met in-person.
- Be a self-starter and complete tasks with mainly written instructions.
- Be open to using new technology, teaching practices, and learning methods.
