Food Service

Grab & Go items, drinks, and snack options are available 7:30 am - 1:30 pm, Monday - Thursday in the Thistle Stop (MAC) and from 7:30 am - 1 pm in the Tartan Cafe (CSC). The Highlander Cafe (LTC)  is open for breakfast Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 10:30 am. Lunch and afternoon snacks are available Monday - Thursday from 11:00 am - 6:45 pm and Friday from 11:00 am - 1:30 pm. Food Trucks will not be offered throughout the Summer 2024 semester. 

Holiday Hours, Thanksgiving: The Highlander Cafe will close on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 3:30 pm and will resume normal hours on Monday, December 2, 2024. 

Holiday Hours, Winter Break: The Highlander Cafe will close at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 and reopen on January 6, 2025.

The week of January 6 - 10, 2025, operating hours in the Highlander Cafe are 7:30 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Thursday and 7:30 am - 1:30 pm on Friday. Standard hours will resume on Monday, January 13, 2025.

To make arrangements for campus catering, please contact Amber Hardin at 254-299-8589. To allow sufficient time for processing, we request that you contact us at least two weeks prior to your event.
