McLennan Community College (MCC) is a proud educational partner of Amazon’s Career Choice program.
As an eligible Amazon employee, you can advance your career with Amazon Career Choice. Your tuition, books, and fees are pre-paid by Amazon. Enjoy limitless learning with no limit to the number of years you can utilize the benefit as long as you’re employed by Amazon.
Amazon provides a variety of education and upskilling opportunities including pre-paid college tuition, industry certifications designed to lead to in-demand jobs, and foundational skills such as English language, high school diplomas, and GEDs after working for the company for 90 days. MCC has all of these options and more!
Join the Amazon Career Choice Program through MCC:
Complete Steps 1-4 on MCC's Become A Student page.-
- Check out MCC's degrees & certificate options.
- Apply for admission to MCC.
- Submit the required documents: transcripts, immunization records, & test scores.
- Visit an Advisor & register for classes.
The request will be sent to MCC to confirm course-level details, and either approve or deny the request. If approved, Amazon pays MCC directly.
MCC offers programs that are aligned to internal Amazon roles and career pathways, which offer opportunities for employees to pursue their careers. Eligible employees have the opportunity to advance their education and career with Amazon Career Choice and McLennan Community College.
MCC offers a variety of class formats and schedules for working adult students including evening and online programs. MCC students also have free access to the MCC library, computers, tutoring, and other academic and non-academic student success resources.
