MyMCC

MyMCC is a tool that provides McLennan Community College students real-time, up-to-date information online 24/7. 

NOTICE: If you get an error that reads, "The maximum number of cookies have been reached", go to our Troubleshooting page

NOTICE: If you get an error that reads, "Your connection is not fully secure", follow these instructions:

CHROME or EDGE web browsers :

  • Right-click the "Not Secure" message to the left of the URL (or the web address in the top of the browser).
  • Select Site Settings.
  • Set "Insecure Content" to allow.

OR

  • Click the Advanced button on the left bottom of the error box.
  • You should see another link that reads, "Proceed to "MyMCC.mclennan.edu" (unsafe).
  • You may bypass the error by click on the "Proceed to ... (unsafe) link.

Firefox web browsers:

You may see an error that reads, "Secure Connection Failed". Follow the instructions below.

  • Click on "Enable TLS 1.0 and 1.1" or "Accept the Risk and Continue".

Logging in to MyMCC

Your MyMCC account is activated within 24 hours of the Admissions Office fully admitting you. Before accessing MyMCC, please be sure to turn off all pop-up blockers.

  1. Go to MyMCC,or from anywhere on MCC's website, click on MyMCC in the top blue menu. 
  2. Click on Log-In.
  3. Select the User ID box and end the first letter of your first name (lowercase), the first letter of your last name (lowercase), and your seven-digit MCC ID. 

Example: Ima Student (MCC ID 0128043) would be is0128043.

If you don't know your student ID, you can find it on your Highlander Student ID Card and all official MCC paperwork or admissions email:

  • Select the Password box and enter your password. Password
  • Click on Sign In.
  • First-time students: If you are logging into MyMCC for the first time, use the password you created. If you did not create your password within 24 hours of receiving the email notification with the Create password link, please click here to 'Reset Your Password'

    If you wish to change or reset your password, you can go to the Reset Password page.

    If you have forgotten your password, you can go to the Forgot Password page, instead.

What can you do in MyMCC?

  • Pay for your classes using your credit card or checking account information.
  • Set up a payment plan.
  • View and print you automated degree plan.
  • View course information -- additional fees, pre-requisites, and additional notes.
  • Check your financial aid status and awards.
  • View your grades and print your unofficial transcript
  • Request an official transcript.
  • View your test scores.
  • Change your contact information (address and telephone number).
  • Add/update your email address.

How do I prevent unauthorized access to my private information and confidentiality?

  • Do not share your password
  • Properly logout of MyMCC by clicking the logout button
