MyMCC

MyMCC is a tool that provides McLennan Community College students real-time, up-to-date information online 24/7. 

Logging in to MyMCC

  • Go to MyMCC.
  • Log in by entering the first letter of your first name (lowercase), the first letter of your last name (lowercase), and your seven-digit MCC ID.

Example: Ima Student (MCC ID 0128043) would be is0128043. If you do not know your MCC ID, you can find it on your Highlander Student ID Card, admissions email, all official MCC paperwork, or you can recover it on the MyMCC Sign In page using the "Forgot your user name?" link.

  • Click the Password field and enter your MCC password.
  • Click the "Sign In" button.
    • First-time students. If you are logging into MyMCC for the first time, use the password you created. If you did not create your password within 24 hours of receiving the email notification with the "Create Password" link, please Reset Your Password now.

What can you do in MyMCC?

  • Pay for your classes using your credit card or checking account information.
  • Set up a payment plan.
  • View and print you automated degree plan.
  • View course information -- additional fees, pre-requisites, and additional notes.
  • Check your financial aid status and awards.
  • View your grades and print your unofficial transcript
  • Request an official transcript.
  • View your test scores.
  • Change your contact information (address and telephone number).
  • Add/update your email address.

  • Provide consent for electronic delivery of your 1098 tax form and gain access to future tax forms in MyMCC.

How do I prevent unauthorized access to my private information?

  • Do not share your MCC password with anyone, including MCC employees.
  • When accessing MyMCC on a shared computer, use a private web browser window for enhanced privacy.
  • Once you have completed your tasks in MyMCC, log out by clicking the 'Sign out' button at the top.
