Mission Statement
The purpose of Admissions and Recruitment is to identify, attract, enroll and retain students who reflect the population of the MCC service area. Students are the most important part of this institution, and the office of admissions and recruitment is committed to providing students, faculty and staff effective service to enhance the educational success of students in a friendly atmosphere.

- Process admission applications and incoming transcripts

Student Recruiting Practices
McLennan Community College does not participate or condone in high-pressure recruiting tactics such as making multiple unsolicited contacts, including contacts by phone, email, or in-person and engaging in same-day recruitment and registration for the purpose of securing enrollments. In addition, the College does not, and will not provide commission, bonus, or other incentive payment based directly or indirectly on securing enrollments of any type. If students or community members request information, an MCC representative will correspond via email, text or by phone according to the request.
