What is WebAdvisor?

WebAdvisor, a product of Datatel Inc., is a powerful tool that provides McLennan Community College students real-time, up-to-date information online. It can be used to register for classes, view class schedules, check grades, view unofficial transcripts, make payments, check financial aid information, and much more. It is the way you students can keep MCC at their fingertips.

Some sections of WebAdvisor - like the semester schedules - are accessible to anyone. Other sections, those containing personal student information, are secure and require students to use an I.D. and password for access. We are committed to maintaining the security and confidentiality of student records.

How do I activate my WebAdvisor Account?

  • It is activated within 24 hours of Admissions & Academic Advising fully admitting you. If you need to apply to MCC, visit our Apply Now! page.

What is my Username & Password?

  • Username: First name initial, last name initial, 7-digit MCC ID (including leading zeros)
  • Password: Your six-digit date of birth, unless you have changed it previously.
  • For example: If your name is Jane Doe and your MCC ID is 0012345, and your birthday is January 2, 1990
    • Your Username would be: jd0012345 (case-sensitive)
    • Your Password would be: 010290 (unless you had changed it previously)
