HESI Exam
For any of your testing needs, please contact the Testing Center at (254)299-8473. We are located on the 3rd floor of the Student Center.
This HESI Exam is administered to LVN and ADN students who wish to enroll in either program at MCC. MCC is affiliated with the Nursing Degree Program at the University of Texas at Arlington
Hesi Information
- There is a 1 month waiting period between retakes
- There is a $50.00 Testing Fee
- All fees must be paid in the MCC Business Office, located in the AC Building
- All fees must be paid prior to testing
- To adequately plan for the Hesi exam, students should take the HESI exam at least 6 weeks prior to the application deadline. For example, if a student is applying to the program by the November 1 deadline date, the student should take the HESI prior to September 30. If the student is unsuccessful in passing one or more of the required sections of the HESI, the student will have time for remediation and an opportunity to retest one month later in October.
- The HESI test must have been taken within 3 years of the application deadline date.
