Student Activities
Mission Statement
The purpose of the Office of Student Activities is to involve students with the institution. Students' involvement includes the opportunity to participate in co-curricular activities, community services and campus government; develop leadership skills; and positive interpersonal relationship skills and be exposed to a variety of cultures and ideas. Student Activities supports the institutional mission by promoting retention and success in college and by promoting opportunities for cultural enrichment and the development of good citizenship through activities and services.
Student Activities Forms
All chartered organizations are required to complete the following forms at the beginning of the academic year:
- Student Organization Active Status Application
- Student Organization Registration Form
At least two weeks prior to any campus event (on or off campus, meetings, community service, travel, etc.), student organizations must complete the following forms:
- Student Activities Proposal Form
- Student Organization Fund Request
For all off campus events, students must complete the Student Activities Liability Form. This form only needs to be completed once each academic year. For a list of students who have completed the form, please see Current Liability Forms.
