How do I login to the library from home or away from campus?

  • You will need to login with your MCC student username and password for access to the library's article, ebook and research databases.

    Searching for Articles from Magazines, Journals or Newspapers?

  • Go to Where Do I Start?
  • Go to Articles, Research & More
  • Choose a Database by a Broad Subject Area
  • Go to Online Periodicals to locate the full-text for a specific magazine, journal or newspaper
  • Searching for Books?

  • Use Find Books (Online Catalog) for locating hard copy and electronic books
  • Use NetLibrary or Ebrary to find only electronic books
  • See recommended online sources for Encyclopedias & Reference Books
  • Would you like to see library recommended Internet sites?

  • Go to our Internet Sites by Subject
  • Do you wish to see a tutorial or guide on conducting library research?

  • View our Library Orientation
  • view our recommended Resources by Subject
  • Go to Help with Library Use
  • Do you want to contact a librarian or library staff member for help?

  • Call our Reference librarians at 299-8323 or the Circulation Desk at 299-8325
  • Come in person to the library (LTC, 3rd Floor) when it is open (see our hours)
  • Send the library an email using our Ask a Librarian form
  • If you cannot find the book or article you need from our library, ask us to get it from another library
