Step 1: Please type your name and question/problem in the box below then click Continue.

Step 2: If a representative is available, you will be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in to connect you to a representative.

With your permission, your representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard. You will still be in full control of your computer at all times. You can override your mouse and keyboard and end screen sharing at any time.

Step 3: You and a representative will then chat online to obtain the details of the problem.
