Radiologic Technology
Radiologic Technology is a fast-growing field in health care. It combines working with patients and using medical imaging equipment. As imaging tools keep getting better, more radiologic technologists are needed.
MCC’s Radiologic Technology Program trains students to take diagnostic images—pictures that help doctors find illness or injury. You’ll learn how to position patients correctly to get clear, high-quality images. You’ll work closely with radiologists, who study these images to make diagnoses.
The program takes two years. When you finish, you earn an Associate of Applied Science degree. You can then apply to take the certification exam offered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
