Professional Background
Mr. Fox began performing and recording with various rock, country and popular ensembles at the age of fifteen. He is an accomplished jazz guitarist, composer and arranger who has performed and recorded with jazz ensembles ranging from solo guitar to big band. Mr. Fox was formerly Director of Jazz Ensembles at the Boulder Arts Academy in Boulder, CO and on the teaching faculty of the Mile High Jazz Camp in 2002 and 2003. He is a winner of a 2002 Downbeat Magazine Student Music Award for outstanding performance by an instrumental group while with the CU Jazz Combo I.
