General Information
Tickets
For events that require tickets, please contact the MCC Box Office:
- Call 299-8200 from 1-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- E-mail boxoffice@mclennan.edu with the number of tickets you'd like and your contact information. The Box Office will contact you to process your order by phone.
- Stop by the Box Office in person at the Ball Performing Arts Center on campus from 1-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Discover, MasterCard and Visa accepted. Tickets may be picked up at the MCC Box Office before the performance date or at the will-call window at the Bosque River Stage one hour before the show.
Seating
Depending on the event, seating may be open or assigned. For open-seating events, the stadium-style seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Lawn seating is always open; blankets and lawn chairs are welcome. During assigned-seating events, audience members will receive a seat assignment when they purchase tickets through the MCC Box Office.
Food and Drinks
Outside food and drinks are not allowed during regular Bosque River Stage events, with the exception of River Sounds concerts. Refreshments may be available for purchase during performances; however, food and drink availability varies with each event.
Rental
The Bosque River Stage is available to rent for special events. This scenic outdoor venue offers:
- 530 comfortable stadium-style seats
- Superb sound quality
- Professional lighting capabilities
- Easy access to stage area
- Convenient restrooms and concessions area
- Beautiful picnic and lawn area
- Special seating for the disabled
