Board of Trustees - Randy Cox, District 4, Waco

Randy Cox, District 4 First elected to Board on 5/8/90.

Employment: Co-owner, Quala-T Imprints

Why I became an MCC Trustee: I am interested in education and have been going to MCC all my life. It is a quality place, and it has given me an opportunity to serve in a role that fits well with what I like to do.

What I like most about being an MCC board member: I enjoy staying involved with the different generations; it keeps me young - thinking young anyway!

MCC benefits the community by: One major benefit is that we are able to reach students we would not normally be able to reach for higher education. MCC offers great, affordable opportunities, especially with the University Center, and I think it will continue to grow and reach those who can’t afford colleges like Baylor.

How my experience with MCC has affected my life: I attended MCC and most of my children, my wife, and other family members have taken classes there. We’re big on education and the need for it. It’s where my family and I go for the best education.
