Highlassie Softball Assistant Coach - Leslie Klemansky

Leslie Klemansky begins her first year as assistant softball coach at MCC. For the past two and a half years she has worked as the head coach of the Texas Bombers Royal squad, part of the Texas Bombers Softball Organization. She led the team to a top-25 finish at the Colorado Sparkler and top-5 finishes at the Ronald McDonald tournament and the 16-and-under AFA National Championships. She now serves as the recruiting coordinator and roving instructor for the program.
As a player, Klemansky spent one year at Kansas City Community College in Kansas before transferring to the University of Evansville in Indiana, where she played for two years. She played her last year at St. Edwards University in Austin.
Klemansky is a 2004 graduate of Lee’s Summit North High School in Lee’s Summit, Mo. She will receive her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from St. Edwards in December.
